Privacy Policy for 「Fitness Timer | Tabata Workout」

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Seeds Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and deletes information in the “Fitness Timer | Tabata Workout” application (“the App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

Users may use the App with an anonymous account or sign in using a supported third-party account, such as Google or Apple.

Depending on the selected sign-in method, the App may process the following information:

  • Firebase user ID
  • Display name
  • Email address
  • Sign-in provider information

For anonymous accounts, the App uses a randomly generated account identifier. An email address and display name are not normally associated with an anonymous account.

1.2 App Data

The App stores information necessary to provide its features, including:

  • Saved timers
  • Workout and training settings
  • Timer and exercise records
  • App settings and preferences
  • Other data created by the user in the App

This information is associated with the user’s account and stored in Google Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, so that the App can provide its features and synchronize or restore data on supported devices.

1.3 Purchase Information

If the user purchases a subscription or another in-app product, purchase and subscription status may be processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.

We do not directly receive or store the user’s complete payment card information.

1.4 Advertising Information

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

AdMob may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, general location information, and information about interactions with advertisements, in accordance with Google’s privacy policies and the user’s consent settings.

1.5 Inquiry Information

When a user contacts us, we may receive the user’s email address, the content of the inquiry, the name of the App, and other information voluntarily provided by the user.

2. Purposes of Use

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

  • To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts
  • To provide and operate the App
  • To save, synchronize, and restore timers, workouts, and settings
  • To manage purchases, subscriptions, and access to paid features
  • To display advertisements
  • To respond to inquiries and provide user support
  • To detect and prevent unauthorized use, fraud, and security incidents
  • To maintain and improve the quality and reliability of the App
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

3. Storage and Security

Account information and App data are stored using Google Firebase services.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. Data Retention

Account information and App data stored in Firebase are retained for as long as the user’s account continues to exist.

This includes accounts that have not recently been used. The account information and App data will normally remain stored until the user requests account deletion through the withdrawal function in the App or contacts us to request deletion.

When an account deletion request is submitted, the deletion process begins promptly. The Firebase Authentication account and related Cloud Firestore data are normally deleted promptly, but deletion may take up to 30 days to complete due to technical or operational circumstances.

Information submitted through an inquiry is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide support, prevent misuse or disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Purchase and transaction records maintained by Google Play, the Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other service providers may be retained according to their own legal obligations and data-retention policies.

5. Account and Data Deletion

5.1 Deleting an Account from within the App

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data from within the App.

  1. Open the App.
  2. Open the Settings screen.
  3. Select “Withdrawal” or “Delete Account.”
  4. Review the confirmation message.
  5. Confirm and complete the withdrawal procedure.

After the withdrawal procedure has been completed, the deletion process removes:

  • The user’s Firebase Authentication account
  • The user document stored in Cloud Firestore
  • Timers, workouts, settings, and other data associated with the user account
  • Subcollections stored under the user account
  • Records created for processing the account-deletion request

The deletion process normally begins immediately and is usually completed promptly. In exceptional technical or operational circumstances, deletion may take up to 30 days.

Deleting or uninstalling the App alone does not automatically delete the user’s account or data stored in Firebase. Users should complete the withdrawal procedure before uninstalling the App.

5.2 Requesting Deletion outside the App

Users who cannot access the App may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us at:

naoya.ono.app@gmail.com

Please include the following information in the request:

  • The name of the App: “Fitness Timer | Tabata Workout”
  • A statement requesting deletion of the account and associated data
  • The email address associated with the Google or Apple account, if applicable
  • Any other information that may help us identify the account

We may request reasonable verification before processing an external deletion request to prevent the unauthorized deletion of another person’s account.

For anonymous accounts, users should use the withdrawal function inside the App whenever possible. Because an anonymous account is not normally associated with an email address, we may be unable to identify the correct anonymous account after the App has been uninstalled.

5.3 Subscription Cancellation

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Users must separately cancel their subscription through the subscription-management screen in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Account deletion does not remove purchase or transaction records retained by Google Play, the Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other service providers for billing, taxation, fraud prevention, or legal-compliance purposes.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell users’ personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the App, including:

  • Google Firebase
  • Google Sign-In
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Google AdMob
  • RevenueCat
  • Google Play
  • Apple App Store

These service providers process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, data practices, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page. Changes become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted.
